Well if spring has come to Cooperstown New York,what is all that white stuff on the ground?

I suppose the folks up that way, take it all in stride.
Our daughter called on Saturday, to say she was
busy working in the garden, preparing the soil for new plants.
The predicted snow in the forecast gave her little pause,
and her enthusiasm and optimism was contagious.

"The snow will only stay for a short time, you know....
our temps will be in the 40's,
so spring is here for sure," she said.

Ah, we live such different lives....
Here in Florida, temps in the 40's
would be an indication of mid winter.

She sent us photos as proof, and I agree
the evidence is pretty strong for
spring.
A pretty thing....that "Flowering Crab" with a
soft blanket of snow on the ground.
