The "Flowering Crab" trees are blooming in the north,announcing the arrival of spring,
while here in Florida, we have the magnificent purple
"Jacaranda Tree."
Located at the entrance to our daughter's sub-division,

each year I stand in amazement at the majesty of
this beautiful work of nature.
Notice how well it has been cared for by the owner,
allowing a large
branch to grow right through the fence wall.
The branches have been trimmed to form an
umbrella shape.......up high. This will allow
the tree to cope with hurricane force winds, should
the occasion arise.
