While putting fresh water in the birdbath today, I was reminded of a special lady and some photos taken back in the summer. Walking in the village one afternoon, I came upon a little park....nothing fancy, just some small plants and a few Hibiscus. What caught my eye, was a birdbath standing in the middle of it all. It was unusual and quite beautiful. Always now when I see a birdbath I am reminded of Lavinia Ladyslipper, a sweet blogging friend from Canada with a warm heart for birds and an even warmer heart for her fellow man......click on photo
