Do you remember when you felt really great, all the time, and exercise was no effort at all? As children, we were in a continual state of motion. The neighborhood was our playground. I remember spending hours on the seesaw...."Seesaw Margery Daw"..... Would it not be the grandest thing to have that kind of energy again? You bet it would. By following a few of these suggestions during this new decade, who knows, it just may happen.
For Good Health:
l. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and natural plant foods.
4. Live with the three E's....Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
5. Make time to pray.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2009
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours
10. Take 10-30 minutes walk daily. And...while you walk...smile.
Oh....and one more thing. Find a Seesaw and give it a try just one more time.
