My fascination and interest in fashion of yesteryear as well as today's fashion, has led to an interesting discovery.....
"Chic"...An Englishman in Paris, Charles Frederick Worth...founded modern Parisian couture...he was the force behind Paris the main center of international fashion. Mr. Worth was the first designer....not dressmaker. Hmmm.....I like these styles. Seems that underneath all those layers of fabric, a lady might very well hide undesirable figure problems.
