Believe it or not, the bedding plants are in all the nurseries and shops around here in Florida. Poking around as I do, and now that I have more time on my hands for doing just that, I've had time to familiarize myself with new and interesting plants and flowers. I've found an old beauty and now in a variety of colors that will knock you off your feet. My favorites are various shades of pinks and fuchsia. Astilbe, sometimes known as False Goat's Beard and False Spirea, is an absolutely gorgeous perennial. I think I'm completely impressed with this beautiful feathery plume like flower.
