I just couldn't resist bringing this little Peace Lily home with me. Although a house plant in most parts of the country, the Peace Lily, a tropical evergreen, adapts quite nicely to the outdoors here in Florida. I enjoy them in both places. Did you know it makes the indoors much healthier? Nasa has rated it as one of the top plants for air cleaning. I suppose it may be selected to travel in space somewhere out there in the future. For now, I'm enjoying the Peace Lily's delicate pure white flowers, placed along side other florals on my porch. Flowers seem intended for the solace(comfort) of ordinary humanity~John Ruskin.... I couldn't agree more....
