A short drive out from Cooperstown New York village, into the Adirondack mountains, there nestled midst tall evergreens and hardwood trees, sets a beautiful little home. It is a happy place. There lives, a young mother and father...a baby boy with beautiful red hair....and a yellow Lab puppy named Sam. This is a place filled to the brim with family love. This is our grandson's Paul's home. We have seen this place in all seasons. A special treat for us when visiting, is our walk in the woods with Paul. His property covers a vast area of unspoiled land, some of which no man has interferred with. It lies in it's same natural state, year in and year out. As I write this post, I am reminded of the quiet of the woods, and how it feels to stand still and listen to nature.....how it sounds when listening to the trickle of water quietly moving in the woodland streams....
I'm thinking today, how this place is covered with snow and ice......and how it has all the right elements for winter seasonal "Christmas Magic." Blessings...... Dee Dee click on photo
